Removal & Installation (Impulse)

Disconnect EGR pipe and remove heat shield. Disconnect exhaust pipe and oxygen sensor wiring. On turbo models, disconnect oil supply, water supply and return lines at turbocharger. Separate turbocharger from exhaust manifold. Remove exhaust manifold nuts and remove manifold. To install, reverse removal procedure.
