Removal & Installation (I-Mark, P'UP & Trooper II)

Remove air cleaner bolts and loosen clamp bolt. Lift air cleaner and remove hot air hose. Remove heat shield. Remove EGR pipe clamp from top of transmission and disconnect EGR pipe. Disconnect exhaust pipe and oxygen sensor wiring, if used. Remove exhaust manifold nuts and remove manifold. To install, reverse removal procedure.
