Wheel Bearing

Tighten hub nut to 22 ft. lbs. (29 N.m). Rotate hub several times to seat bearings. Turn hub nut back 90° and install new cotter pin. Hub nut may be tightened 15° to align cotter pin hole. Preload of wheel hub must be less than 3.1 lbs. (13.7 N). If not within specifications, readjust wheel bearings.
