Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove instrument panel assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove bolts from head up display unit.
  3. Disconnect the harness connector from head up display unit.
  4. Remove head up display unit.

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
  • Wear gloves when working.
  • Do not damage head up display unit; if damaged, replace head up display unit.
  • If replacing head up display unit, be sure to remove protective sheet from the glass surface.
  • When replacing head up display unit, perform Head Up Display Calibration. Refer to Description .
