Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove steering column cover screw finishers (4) using a suitable tool, then remove screws.

   NOTE:

   • Steering wheel removed for clarity.

   • If necessary, rotate steering wheel to access steering column cover screw finishers and screws.
2. Using a suitable tool, release pawls and remove steering column upper cover (1).
3. Remove steering column lower cover (3).
4. Disconnect the harness connector from the ADP steering switch [2 (if equipped)].
5. If necessary, remove ADP steering switch.

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
