Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the spiral cable assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
2. Remove the steering angle sensor.

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

• Adjust the steering angle sensor to the neutral position. Refer to Description .
• Perform additional service when replacing or removing DAST parts (if equipped with Direct Adaptive Steering). Refer to Special Repair Requirement .
