Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK CHASSIS CONTROL MODULE IGNITION POWER SUPPLY 
    1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect the chassis control module harness connector.
    3. Check the voltage between chassis control module harness connector and ground.
      + - Voltage
      Chassis control module
      Connector Terminal
      M96 10 Ground Approx. 0 V
    4. Turn the ignition switch ON.
    5. Check the voltage between chassis control module harness connector and ground.
      + - Voltage
      Chassis control module
      Connector Terminal
      M96 10 Ground 6.4-16 V

    Is the inspection result normal?

    >>

    GO TO 3.

    >>

    GO TO 2.

  2. CHECK CHASSIS CONTROL MODULE IGNITION POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT 
    1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    2. Check the 10A fuse (#53).
    3. Check continuity between chassis control module harness connector and the fuse block (J/B).
      Chassis control module Fuse block (J/B) Continuity
      Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
      M96 10 M44 31Q Existed

    Is the inspection result normal?

    >>

    Perform trouble diagnosis for ignition power supply.

    >>

    Repair/replace harness, connector or fuse.

  3. CHECK CHASSIS CONTROL MODULE GROUND CIRCUIT 

    Check the continuity between chassis control module harness connector and the ground.

    Chassis control module - Continuity
    Connector Terminal
    M96 12 Ground Existed

    Is the inspection result normal?

    >>

    GO TO 4.

    >>

    Repair/replace harness or connector.

  4. CHECK TERMINAL 

    Check the chassis control module terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    >>

    INSPECTION END

    >>

    Repair / replace harness, connector, or terminal.
