		Threshold	BCM detects one of the following conditions for 10 seconds continuously. Vehicle speed signal from combination meter is 6.2 MPH (10 km/h) or more, and vehicle speed signal from ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) is 2.5 MPH (4 km/h) or less. Vehicle speed signal from combination meter is 2.5 MPH (4 km/h) or less, and vehicle speed signal from ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) is 6.2 MPH (10 km/h) or more.
		Diagnosis delay time	10 second or more
