Diagnosis Procedure

1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.
   2. Check that the following fuse is not blown (open):

      Unit	Power source	Fuse No.	Capacity
      Head up display unit	Ignition switch ON	21	5 A

Is the fuse blown (open)?

YES>>

Replace fuse after repairing the applicable circuit.

NO>>

GO TO 2.

1. 1. Ignition switch ON.
   2. Check the voltage between head up display unit connector and ground.

      (+)		(-)	Voltage(Approx.)
      Head up display unit
      Connector	Terminal
      M452	13	Ground	Battery voltage

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Perform trouble diagnosis of ignition power supply circuit.

1. 1. Ignition switch OFF.
   2. Check the continuity between head up display unit and ground.

      Head up display unit		-	Continuity
      Connector	Terminal
      M452	24	Ground	Yes

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Inspection End.

NO>>

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
