Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK CONNECTOR
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
- Check the following terminals and connectors for damage, bend and loose connection (connector side and harness side).
- Harness connector M209
- Harness connector M204
Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 2.
>>
Repair the terminal and connector.
- CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY (OPEN CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the following harness connectors.
- AWD control unit
- Harness connectors M209 and M204
- Check the continuity between the AWD control unit harness connector and the harness connector.

Is the inspection result normal?

GO TO 3.
>>
Repair the main line between the AWD control unit and the harness connector M209.
- Disconnect the following harness connectors.
- CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY (OPEN CIRCUIT)
- Disconnect the connector of chassis control module.
- Check the continuity between the harness connector and the chassis control module harness connector.

Is the inspection result normal?
>>
Check CAN system type decision again.
>>
Error was detected in the main line between the AWD control unit and the chassis control module.
>>
Repair the main line between the harness connector M204 and chassis control module.
