DTC Diagnosis Procedure

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the following harness connectors:
   • Combination meter M77
   • Integral switch M88, M329
   • Master light switch M313
   • Combination switch (spiral cable) M30
   • Electric shift selector M243
   • Drive mode switch M321
   • Electric parking brake switch M315
   • Front room/map lamp assembly M21
   • Seat memory switch D15 (if equipped)
   • Telematics switch M130
   • ITS switch assembly M256
   • Moonroof switch M278
   • Trip reset switch M3
3. Ignition switch ON.
4. Check for short voltage between the combination meter harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Repair or replace harness or connector.

1. Ignition switch OFF.
2. Check continuity between combination meter harness connector and ground.

   Combination meter		--		Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   M77	48	Ground		No

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace combination meter. Refer to Removal and Installation .

NO

Repair or replace harness or connector.
