Possible Cause

• Cable of the fuel level sensor has a short circuit to ground.
• Fuel level sensor has a short circuit to ground.

1B Circ Resist Above Threshold 

• Cable of the fuel level sensor has a short circuit to positive or an open circuit.
• Fuel level sensor has a short circuit to positive or an open circuit.
