Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK SELF DIAGNOSTIC RESULT 

    Check DTC using CONSULT.

    What is the display history of DTC?

    "PAST"

    GO TO 2.

    "CRNT"

    GO TO 3.

  2. ERASE DTC 
    1. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "BCM" using CONSULT.
    2. Erase DTC, and then repeat "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE".

    Is DTC detected?

    YES

    GO TO 3.

    NO

    Check intermittent incident. Refer to Intermittent Incident .

  3. CHECK SWITCH OPERATION 

    Check the operation of each switch on upper control panel control unit is normal.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES

    Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .

    NO

    Replace upper control panel control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .
