Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK DTC WITH BCM
Check that DTC is not detected with BCM.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Refer to DTC Index .
CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE
Measure the battery voltage.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

Perform battery inspection. Refer to How to Handle Battery .

CHECK HEADLAMP CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY

Turn ignition switch OFF.

Check voltage between front combination lamp LH harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

CHECK HEADLAMP CONTROL UNIT GROUND CIRCUIT

Disconnect front combination lamp connector.

Check continuity between front combination lamp harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

NO

Repair or replace harness.
