Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove battery cover.
  2. Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal. Refer to PRECAUTIONS FOR REMOVING BATTERY TERMINAL  and Exploded View .
  3. Remove cover of battery positive terminal.
  4. Remove harness mounting nuts and battery terminal with fusible link mounting nut.
  5. Disconnect harness connector and remove battery terminal with fusible link.
