Diagnosis Procedure

Check that the following fuse is not blown (open).

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Replace the blown (open) fuse after repairing the affected circuit.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect front heated seat switch connector.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Check voltage between front heated seat switch harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

NO

GO TO 3.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect fuse block (J/B) connector.
3. Check continuity between front heated seat switch harness connector and fuse block (J/B) harness connector.

4. Check continuity between front heated seat switch harness connector and ground.

   Front heated seat switch			Ground	Continuity

   Passenger side	M199

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 4.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between fuse block (J/B) connector (fuse block side) and ground.

   M1	2A	Ground	Battery voltage

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 5.

NO

Repair or replace fuse block (J/B).

Check intermittent incident.
