Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK FUSE
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Check 10 A fuse, [No. 47, located in IPDM E/R].
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit if a fuse is blown.
- CHECK FRONT WIPER MOTOR INPUT VOLTAGE
- Disconnect front wiper motor connector and washer pump connector.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between front wiper motor harness connector and ground.

YES
GO TO 4.
NO
GO TO 3.
- CHECK FRONT WIPER MOTOR POSITION SIGNAL POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect IPDM E/R connector.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and front wiper motor harness connector.

YES
Replace IPDM E/R.
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK FRONT WIPER MOTOR POSITION SIGNAL CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect IPDM E/R connector.
- Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and front wiper motor harness connector.
