Component Function Check

Check that the tail lamp is turned ON.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Check tail lamp circuit. Refer to Component Function Check .

With CONSULT

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select "EXTERNAL LAMPS" in "Active Test" mode of "IPDM E/R" using CONSULT.
3. With operating the test items, check that the parking lamp is turned ON.

   TAIL	: Parking lamp ON
   Off	: Parking lamp OFF

Without CONSULT

1. Start IPDM E/R auto active test. Refer to Diagnosis Description .
2. Check that the parking lamp is turned ON.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Parking lamp circuit is normal.

NO

Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .
