Diagnosis Procedure

PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS OF LI-ION BATTERY CONTROLLER

WITH CONSULT
1. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "HV BAT" using CONSULT.
2. Check if the "P0C6E" is detected in "Self Diagnostic Result".
Is P0C6E detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis procedure of "P0C6E". Refer to DTC DESCRIPTION .

NO

GO TO STEP 2 .

PERFORM ALL DTC READING

WITH CONSULT
1. Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT.
2. Check "Self Diagnostic Result" of "EV/HEV" or "MOTOR CONTROL".
  NOTE:
  Some HPCM DTCs may be detected as a result of the detection of P0A7E by LBC. If a DTC detected by HPCM is applicable to the above mentioned DTCs, then judge that DTCs are not detected by HPCM.
  
  Refer to INDEX OF HPCM-DETECTED DTC for details.
Is DTC detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis for each system. Replace Li-ion battery (battery pack) after repairing malfunctioning parts.

NO

Replace Li-ion battery (battery pack). Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
