Work Procedure

SAVING TRACTION MOTOR INVERTER DATA

With CONSULT
1. Select "Read/Write Configuration".
2. Save the traction motor inverter data according to the CONSULT display.
NOTE:
Even when traction motor inverter data is not saved in CONSULT, GO TO STEP 2 .

GO TO STEP 2 .

REPLACE TRACTION MOTOR INVERTER

Replace the traction motor inverter. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Data existed

GO TO STEP 3 .

Data not existed

GO TO STEP 4 .

PERFORM CONFIGURATION

With CONSULT
1. Select "Read/Write Configuration".
2. Perform configuration according to the CONSULT display.
GO TO STEP 5 .

PERFORM MANUAL CONFIGURATION

With CONSULT
1. Select "Manual Configuration".
2. Perform configuration according to the CONSULT display.
GO TO STEP 5 .

CHECK DTC DETECTION

With CONSULT
1. Turn ignition switch ON and wait for 10 seconds or more.
2. Perform self-diagnosis.
3. Check that no DTC is detected.
