Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK THE ILLUMINATION OF THE POWER STEERING WARNING LAMP

    Check that the power steering warning lamp turns ON when ignition switch turns ON. Then, power steering warning lamp turns OFF after the vehicle is set to READY state or the engine is started.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    INSPECTION END

    NO 

    Perform trouble diagnosis. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
