Diagnosis Procedure: B210A-84

Check battery voltage.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 2  .

NO 

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

Check that the following fuse are not blown.

Is the fuse blown (open)?

YES 

Replace the blown fuse after repairing the affected circuit if a fuse is blown.

NO 

GO TO STEP 3  .

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect combination meter connector.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Check the voltage between combination meter harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Check electrical lines and connectors for loose contact and corrosion.

NO 

GO TO STEP 4  .

Check battery. Refer to WORK PROCEDURE .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 5  .

NO 

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

Check charging system condition. Refer to WORK FLOW (WITH EXP-800 NI OR GR8-1200 NI) (With EXP-800 NI or GR8-1200 NI) or WORK FLOW (WITHOUT EXP-800 NI OR GR8-1200 NI) (Without EXP-800 NI or GR8-1200 NI).

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Replace combination meter. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
