Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK REAR WOOFER CIRCUIT FOR OPEN
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect BOSE amp. harness connector and rear woofer harness connector.
- Check the continuity between BOSE amp. harness connector and rear woofer harness connector.
BOSE amp. Rear woofer Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal B53 1 B79 1 Existed 2 2
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 2 .
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK REAR WOOFER CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
Check the continuity between rear woofer harness connector and ground.
(+) (-) Continuity Rear woofer Connector Terminal B79 1 Ground Existed 2 Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK REAR WOOFER CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO POWER SUPPLY
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check the voltage between rear woofer harness connector and ground.

YES
Replace rear woofer. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
