Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK DTC

    1. Perform self - diagnosis.
    2. Check that DTC UXXXX or P31FF is not displayed.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

    NO - 1 

    Perform trouble diagnosis for DTC UXXXX. Refer to DTC INDEX .

    NO - 2 

    Perform trouble diagnosis for DTC P31FF. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

  2. CHECK DTC WITH COMBINATION METER

    Refer to CONSULT FUNCTION .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 3  .

    NO 

    Perform trouble diagnosis relevant to DTC indicated.

  3. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

    Perform INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Replace combination meter. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    Repair or replace error-detected parts.
