Diagnostic Test

CHECK ASCD STEERING SWITCH

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector.

Check resistance between combination switch harness connector terminals as per the following conditions.

			CANCEL switch: Pressed	Approx. 250
			SET/COAST switch: Pressed	Approx. 660

			All ASCD steering switches: Released	Approx. 4, 000

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

INSPECTION END

Replace steering wheel. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
