DTC Confirmation Procedure

CHECK DTC PRIORITY

If DTC P311F is displayed with DTC UXXXX, P0ADF, P0AE0, P0AE6, P0AE7, P3179, P317A, P317B, or P31A7, first perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for DTC UXXXX, P0ADF, P0AE0, P0AE6, P0AE7, P3179, P317A, P317B, or P31A7.

Is applicable DTC detected?

YES

Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC INDEX .

NO

GO TO STEP 2 .

PRECONDITIONING

If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.

GO TO STEP 3 .

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1. Set the vehicle to READY.
2. Check DTC.
  NOTE:
  When perform DTC confirmation procedure, there is the case that DTC P0A95 is detected.
Is DTC detected?

YES

Proceed to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

NO - 1

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

NO - 2

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
