Diagnosis Procedure

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect front door switch (driver side) connector.
3. Check signal between front door switch (driver side) connector and ground with oscilloscope.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 3  .

NO 

GO TO STEP 2  .

1. Disconnect BCM connector.
2. Check continuity between BCM connector and front door switch (driver side) connector.

   BCM		Front door switch (driver side)		Continuity
   Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal
   M123	150	B16	2	Existed

3. Check continuity between BCM connector and ground.

   BCM		Ground	Continuity
   Connector	Terminal
   M123	150		Not existed

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Replace BCM. Refer to EXPLODED VIEW WITH TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

NO 

Repair or replace harness.

Refer to COMPONENT INSPECTION .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 4  .

NO 

Replace front door switch (driver side). Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

INSPECTION END
