Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM .

1. CHECK FRONT SONAR SENSOR LH INNER CIRCUIT CONTINUITY
   
   
   1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
   2. Disconnect sonar control unit connector M70 and front sonar sensor LH inner connector E309.
   3. Check continuity between sonar control unit connector M70 and front sonar sensor LH inner connector E309.

   4. Check continuity between sonar control unit connector M70 and ground.

      Sonar control unit		Ground	Continuity

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   GO TO STEP 2  .

   NO 

   Repair or replace harness or connectors.

2. CHECK FRONT SONAR SENSOR LH INNER SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY
   
   
   1. Turn ignition switch ON.
   2. Check voltage between sonar control unit connector M70 and ground.

      Sonar control unit		Ground	Voltage (Approx.)
      Connector	Terminal
      M70	2	-	0V

   Is the inspection result normal?

   YES 

   Replace front sonar sensor LH inner. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   NO 

   Repair or replace harness or connectors.
