Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK WASHER LEVEL SWITCH SIGNAL CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect combination meter connector and washer level switch connector.
- Check continuity between combination meter harness connector and washer level switch harness connector.
Terminals Continuity Combination meter Washer level switch Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M57 24 E37 1 Existed - Check continuity between combination meter harness connector and ground.
Terminals Continuity Combination meter Ground Connector Terminal M57 24 Not existed
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 2.
NO
Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK WASHER LEVEL SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between washer level switch connector and ground.
Terminals Continuity Washer level switch Ground Connector Terminal E37 2 Existed Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3.
NO
Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK WASHER LEVEL SWITCH
Check washer level switch. Refer to COMPONENT INSPECTION .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace combination meter. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
Replace washer level switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
