DTC Confirmation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

  1. CHECK DTC PRIORITY

    If DTC P31AB is displayed with DTC UXXXX or P0A1D, first perform the confirmation procedure (trouble diagnosis) for UXXXX or P0A1D.

    Is applicable DTC detected?

    YES 

    Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC INDEX .

    NO 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

  2. PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

    1. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 3 seconds.
    2. Check DTC.

    Is DTC detected?

    YES 

    Proceed to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

    NO - 1 

    To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

    NO - 2 

    Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
