P3123 HV SYSTEM COOLING PUMP
(High Voltage system cooling pump)		 When HPCM detects feedback signal from an electric water pump is stuck in HI side (more than 96%) for 3 seconds.
P3124 HV SYSTEM COOLING PUMP
(High Voltage system cooling pump)		 When HPCM detects feedback signal from an electric water pump is stuck in LOW side (less than 4%) for 3 seconds.
