Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK SOUND SIGNAL
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check the signal between AV control unit terminal as per the following condition.SOUND SIGNAL LH

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace AV control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- CHECK SOUND SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR OPEN
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect display control unit harness connector and AV control unit harness connector.
- Check the continuity between display control unit harness connector and AV control unit harness connector.SOUND SIGNAL LH

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
- CHECK SOUND SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT
Check the continuity between AV control unit harness connector and ground.

YES
Replace display control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
