Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK TAIL LAMP OPERATION

    Check that the tail lamp (RH) is turned ON.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

    NO 

    Check tail lamp circuit. Refer to COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK .

  2. CHECK LICENSE PLATE LAMP OPERATION

    G-20 With CONSULT

    1. Select "EXTERNAL LAMPS" in "Active Test" mode of "IPDM E/R" using CONSULT.
    2. With operating the test items, check that the license plate lamp is turned ON.
      TAIL : License plate lamp ON
      Off : License plate lamp OFF

    G-21 Without CONSULT

    1. Start IPDM E/R auto active test. Refer to DIAGNOSIS DESCRIPTION .
    2. Check that the license plate lamp is turned ON.

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    License plate lamp circuit is normal.

    NO 

    Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
