Diagnosis Procedure

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect BOSE amp. connector and AV control unit connector.
3. Check continuity between AV control unit harness connector and BOSE amp. harness connector.

   AV control unit		BOSE amp.		Continuity
   Connector	Terminals	Connector	Terminals
   M208	1	B230	20	Existed

4. Check continuity between AV control unit harness connector and ground.

   AV control unit		Ground		Continuity
   Connector	Terminals
   M208	1			Not existed

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 2  .

NO 

Repair harness or connector.

1. Connect AV control unit connector.
2. Turn ignition switch ON.
3. Check voltage between AV control unit harness connector and ground.

   M208	1	Ground		12.0 V

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Replace BOSE amp. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

Replace AV control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
