Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM .
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform initialization of BCM and reregistration of all Intelligent Keys using CONSULT.
- Start the engine.
Dose the engine start?
YES
Inspection End.
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- CHECK DONGLE UNIT CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect BCM connector and dongle unit connector.
- Check continuity between BCM harness connector and dongle unit harness connector.
BCM Dongle unit Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M19 52 M29 1 Yes - Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.
BCM Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M19 52 No
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK DONGLE UNIT GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between dongle unit harness connector and ground.
Dongle unit Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M29 4 Yes Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace dongle unit.
NO
Repair or replace harness.
