- Transmitter Activation tool [KV48105501 (J-45295-A)] with CONSULT (preferred method)
- Signal Tech II tool [- (J-50190)] with CONSULT (preferred method)
- Signal Tech II tool [- (J-50190)] without CONSULT
- CONSULT only
