Component Inspection (Rear Blower Motor Resistor)

CHECK FAN CONTROL AMP.

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Remove rear blower motor resistor. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - REAR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR 1 or REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - REAR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR 2 .

Check continuity between the rear blower motor resistor terminals using analog circuit tester.

3	2	Yes
2	3	No

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Inspection End.

Replace rear blower motor resistor. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - REAR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR 1 or REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - REAR BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR 2 .
