Diagnosis Procedure

- PERFORM SELF-DIAGNOSIS OF ECM
- Perform "All DTC Reading" with CONSULT.
- Check if the DTC is detected in self-diagnosis results of "ENGINE". Refer to DTC INDEX (except for Mexico) .
Is any DTC detected?
YES
GO TO STEP 3.
NO
GO TO STEP 2.
- CHECK ICC SENSOR
- Check the vehicle driving conditions. Refer to DESCRIPTION .
- Check the ICC sensor for contamination, foreign materials, or cracks. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
INSPECTION END
- REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts identified by the self-diagnosis result.
GO TO STEP 4.
- CHECK ICC SYSTEM
- Erase the self-diagnosis results, and then perform "All DTC Reading" again after performing the action test. (Refer to DESCRIPTION for action test.)
- Check that the ICC system is normal.
Inspection End.
