Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK SUNSHADE MECHANISM

Check the following:
- Operation malfunction caused by sunshade mechanism deformation, pinched harness or other foreign materials
- Operation malfunction and interference with other parts by poor installation
Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO STEP 2 .

NO

Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.

PERFORM INITIALIZATION

Perform anti-pinch procedure.

Refer to SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

GO TO STEP 1 .

RETEST THE ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION

Check anti-pinch operation. Refer to SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Inspection End.

NO

Replace the sunshade motor assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
