Periodic Maintenance: Oil: Inspection

If a compressor is malfunctioning (internal noise, insufficient cooling), check the compressor oil.

COMPRESSOR OIL JUDGMENT
1. Remove the compressor. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Sample compressor oil and judge below according to the figure.

Replace compressor only.

Replace compressor and condenser (includes liquid tank).
