Diagnosis Procedure

Regarding Wiring Diagram information, refer to WIRING DIAGRAM .
- CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR INPUT SIGNAL
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect rear door lock actuator RH connector.
- Check voltage between rear door lock actuator RH harness connector and ground.
(+) (-) Condition Voltage
(Approx.)Rear door lock actuator RH Connector Terminal D305 1 Ground Door lock and unlock switch Unlock 12 V 2 Lock Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace rear door lock actuator RH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- CHECK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR CIRCUIT
- Disconnect BCM, all door lock actuators and fuel lid lock actuator connector.
- Check continuity between BCM harness connector and rear door lock actuator RH harness connector.
BCM Rear door lock actuator RH Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M81 133 D305 1 Yes 132 2 - Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.
BCM Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M81 133 No 132
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO STEP 3 .
NO
Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK BCM OUTPUT SIGNAL
- Connect BCM connector.
- Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.
(+) (-) Condition Voltage
(Approx.)BCM Connector Terminal M81 133 Ground Door lock and unlock switch Unlock 12 V 132 Lock Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Check for internal short of each door lock actuator.
NO
Replace BCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
