Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK ICC SENSOR POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

    Check voltage between ICC sensor harness connector and ground.

    ICC sensor Ignition switch

    E219 1 E219 8 OFF 0 - 0.1 V 0 V
    ON 9.5 - 16 V Battery voltage

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 2. 

    NO 

    Repair the ICC sensor power supply circuit.

  2. CHECK ICC SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT

    1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect the ICC sensor connector.
    3. Check for continuity between ICC sensor harness connector and ground.
      ICC sensor Ground Continuity
      Connector Terminal
      E219 8 Existed

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    INSPECTION END

    NO 

    Repair the ICC sensor ground circuit.
