Diagnosis Procedure

With CONSULT

1. Remove connected audio apparatus from USB port.
2. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Erase DTC.
5. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
6. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.
7. Check "Self Diagnostic Result" of "MULTI AV".

Is any DTC detected?

YES 

Replace AV control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

GO TO STEP 2  .

1. Connect audio apparatus to USB port again.
2. Check "Self Diagnostic Result" of "MULTI AV".

Is DTC U12B7 detected?

YES 

Abnormality of audio apparatus connected to USB port.

NO
