Diagnosis Procedure

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Visually check USB harness connector between display control unit and NAVI control unit.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 2  .

NO 

Replace USB harness.

Check NAVI control unit power supply and ground circuit. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

Is the inspection result normal?

YES 

Replace NAVI control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

NO 

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
