Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK BOSE AMP. POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

    Check BOSE amp. power supply and ground circuit. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    GO TO STEP 2  .

    NO 

    Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

  2. CHECK AV COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect display control unit harness connector and BOSE amp. harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between display control unit harness connector and BOSE amp. harness connector.
      Display control unit BOSE amp. Continuity
      Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
      M100 16 B55 54 Existed
      28 74

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    Replace BOSE amp. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

    NO 

    Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
