Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK INPUT 1 - 5 CIRCUIT FOR OPEN
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect BCM and combination switch connectors.
- Check continuity between BCM harness connector and combination switch harness connector.

Does continuity exist?
YES
GO TO STEP 2.
NO
Repair harnesses or connectors.
- CHECK INPUT 1 - 5 CIRCUIT FOR SHORT
Check for continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.
System BCM Ground Continuity Connector Terminal INPUT 1 M14 79 Not existed INPUT 2 78 INPUT 3 77 INPUT 4 76 INPUT 5 75 Does continuity exist?
YES
Repair harnesses or connectors.
NO
GO TO STEP 3.
- CHECK BCM OUTPUT SIGNAL
- Connect BCM connector.
- Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.

Is the measurement value normal?
Yes
GO TO STEP 4.
No
Replace BCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- CHECK BCM INPUT SIGNAL
- Connect combination switch connector.
- Turn ON any switch in the system that is malfunction.
- Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.

Is the measurement value normal?
Yes
Replace BCM. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
No
Replace combination switch. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
