Check for continuity between stop lamp switch terminals.
Terminal Condition Continuity 1 2 When brake pedal is depressed Yes When brake pedal is released No 3 4 When brake pedal is depressed Yes When brake pedal is released No Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Inspection End.
NO: Replace stop lamp switch.
