Diagnosis Procedure

Check trunk closure assembly power supply and ground circuit.

Refer to "TRUNK CLOSURE CONTROL UNIT: DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: GO TO 2.

NO: Repair harness or connector.

Check trunk lid open signal circuit.

Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".

Is the inspection result normal? 

YES: Replace trunk closure assembly. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

NO: Repair harness or connector.
