DTC Detection Logic

DTC Trouble diagnosis name DTC is detected if... Possible cause
P0780 Shift Error
  • TCM judges that the gear ratio is not switched to that of 4GR (1.412) while shifting from 3GR to 4GR in "D" position.
  • TCM judges that the engine speed is more than the specified one while shifting from 5GR to 6GR or from 6GR to 7GR in "D" position.
  • Anti-interlock solenoid valve
  • Low brake solenoid valve
  • Hydraulic control circuit
