Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Drain engine coolant. Refer to "DRAINING ".
  2. Remove reservoir tank. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
  3. Remove air cleaner case. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
  4. Remove mounting bolt from high pressure flexible hose bracket. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
  5. Remove radiator hose (upper). Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
  6. Disconnect harness connector from cooling fan control modules, and move harness to aside.
  7. Remove cooling fan assembly.
    CAUTION: Be careful not to damage or scratch on radiator core.
